29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  On or about September 15, 2016, the employer failed to ensure that the #1 Harrison separator line was effectively guarded. The separation area where employees perform tasks was effectively guarded. However, the pinch points of the movement lines were not guarded. Barrier guarding was not in place to prevent employees from coming into contact with the control arms and push arms of the equipment.
