At the facility located on 7696 Crewsville Rd., Zolfo Springs, FL, employees involved in farm related activities that include, but are not limited to the maintenance and/or repair of farm field equipment were exposed to the health and/or physical hazards associated with chemicals, such as, but not limited to, hydraulic fluid, gasoline, grease, pesticides and herbicides. At the mechanic shop, employees were involved in the maintenance and/or repair of farm field equipment such as, but not limited to, tractors, mowers and sprayers. On or about 09/07/2016, an employee sustained injuries to hand while servicing  the hydraulic system of a tractor-mower system while the tractor engine was powered. No training for the servicing of equipment had being established, implemented and/or provided, on or about, 09/19/2016.
