29 CFR 1910.106(e)(2)(ii)(b)(2): The quantity of Category 2, 3 or 4 flammable liquid located outside of an inside storage room or storage cabinet in a building or in any one fire area of a building exceeded 120 gallons: a) Battery Charging Area by Slicing/Shipping: 200 gallons of a category 2 flammable liquid, Alpet D2 Surface Sanitizer, was stored in 4 50-gallon drums in a single fire area and outside of an appropriate flammable storage room, as discovered on or about 09/29/2016. b) Hallway by Slicing/Shipping: 250 gallons of a category 2 flammable liquid, Alpet D2 Surface Sanitizer, was stored in 5 50-gallon drums in a single fire area and outside of an appropriate flammable storage room, as discovered on or about 09/29/2016. ABATED DURING INSPECTION NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
