29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels are not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor are employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):     a. The employer fails to assure effective protection against falls as required by the standard, as demonstrated on September 28, 2016, when an employee is working on a roof at 2801 Chancellorsville Drive, Tallahassee, Florida 32312 without fall protection and is exposed to falls of approximately 40 feet.    Total Quality Roofing, Inc., previously committed a violation of this standard on October 26, 2012, with respect to a workplace at 5037 Hampton Ridge Avenue, Tallahassee, FL 32307, which became a final order on December 26, 2012 (Inspection No. 709121).
