29 CFR 1926.451(b)(5)(ii): The end of a platform greater than 10 feet in length extended over its support more than 18 inches and the platform was not designed and installed so that the cantilevered portion of the platform is able to support employees without tipping, or has guardrails which block employee access to the cantilivered end.  a) On or about 10/11/16 at 2518 Main Road, Corfu, NY; employees were exposed to fall hazard of approximately 18 feet when the north end of the pic scaffold on the west side of the house extended approximately 48 inches beyond the ladder support.    b) On or about 10/11/16 at 2518 Main Road Corfu, NY; employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 18 feet when the south end of the pic scaffold on the west side of the house extended approximately 36 inches beyond the ladders support.    NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQURIED

29 CFR 1926.452(k)(5): Scaffold platforms were bridged on to another.  a) On or about 10/11/6 at 2518 Main Road, Corfu, NY; employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 18 feet when a 20 foot and a 16 foot pic were joined together to form one continuous walking working surface and at the point where they were joined there was a change in elevation of approximately 6 inches which created a tripping/fall hazard.    NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
