29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b).     a) 1432 Comstock Ave, Syracuse, NY 13205, On or about 10/12/16: Fall protection was not furnished to employees who were working on a 4.5/12 pitch roof that measured 8 feet 7 inches from eaves edge to ground below.        The Forte Brothers Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1020574 citation number 1 , item number 2  and was affirmed as a final order on 4/8/2014 with respect to a workplace located at #1Talamore Development, Baldwinsville, NY 13027.    The Forte Brothers Construction and its successors (formerly known as PJ Siding)  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 941068 citation number 1 , item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on 11/14/13 with respect to a workplace located at 332-334 Whittier Ave, Syracuse, NY.
