29 CFR 1910.134(g)(1)(i)(A): The employer did not prohibit the growth of facial hair of employees using tight fitting face piece respirators which would prevent a seal between the face piece and the face:  Drill site Rig #608: On or about October 19, 2016, all employees on site are required to be clean shaven in the event respirators use is required, the employee observed working in the dog house was not clean shaven. This condition exposed the employee to respiratory health hazards.
