29 CFR 1926.350(a)(10): Oxygen cylinders in storage were not separated from fuel-gas cylinders or combustible materials (especially oil or grease),   On or about 10/26/16 near the first floor northwest classroom; the employer allowed employees to store compressed oxygen and acetylene gas cylinders next to each other without a minimum distance of 20 feet (6.1 m) or by a noncombustible barrier at least 5 feet (1.5 m) high.

29 CFR 1926.150(c)(1)(i): A fire extinguisher, rated not less than 2A, was not provided for each 3,000 square feet of the protected building area, or major fraction thereof.  On or about 10/26/16 on the west side of the building; the employer allowed employees to work in an area exceeding 3000 square feet with having a fire extinguisher nearby; thus exposing employees to the delay in extinguishing a fire.
