29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: Loving Pets Products Corp./Cranbury, NJ- Warehouse Area: The emergency eyewash by Sperian located in the battery filling station had no water. Thus making suitable facilities unavailable for immediate use in case of an emergency. Condition observed on or about October 31, 2016.

29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a) Loving Pets Products Corp./Cranbury, NJ- Warehouse Area: The forklift charging cable located in the battery charging area was connected to the adapter which was damaged. The wires were covered by tape, compromising the integrity of the internal wires. Condition noted on or about October 31, 2016.
