Erie Hard Chrome, Inc.- A sanblaster was required to wear a North brand half-face air-purifying respirator during honing operations. On or about January 25, 2017, the seal between the tight-fitting respirator facepiece and the employee's face was compromised by facial hair.

The exposure level is derived from a sample collected over 314 minutes; the calculations include a zero value for the 166 minutes not sampled.
