29 CFR 1926.51(f)(1): Adequate washing facilities were not provided for employees engaged in operations where contaminants might have been harmful to the employees:  (a) Barge - A hand washing tower did not have water available for workers exposed while conducting fender replacement operations requiring them to handle timber piling containing the hazardous chemical creosote, on or about November 15, 2016.   In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
