29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): Where wet processes were used, drainage was not maintained, and false floors, platforms, mats, or other dry standing places were not provided when practicable.  a) On or about December 30, 2016, at the kitchen , the floor in the dish-washing area was wet due to a broken pipe and the employer did not provide a dry standing surface or maintained drainage of the surface, exposing employees walking and working in or around the dish-washing area to slip and fall hazards.
