(b) The ToolMex (TUR 710, S#50636), Sigma (LT-05), and OKUMA (L-S, S#4608-3413) lathes were missing chuck guards.                                (c) The Milltronics CNC Lathe, ML-22 (S#12782), had a missing side panel and the interlock was not properly functioning                      Abatement certification is required in for this item accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
