29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Each outlet box in completed installations did not have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy.  (a) Vehicle Compound- On or about December 6, 2016 and times prior thereto,  it was identified in the storage building that several 110V electrical outlets were damaged, and others were missing their cover plate. This exposed employees to electrical shock hazards from incidental contact.   The Forest Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.305(b)(2)(i) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1055218, citation number 2, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on November 15, 2015 with respect to a workplace located at Prairie City Ranger District.

Employees are exposed to a tripping hazard from carrying heavy items with no safe access.
