29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(22): Employees using ladders were carrying objects or loads that could cause the employee to lose balance and fall: a) Jobsite - The employer did not ensure that employees had a means of transporting soil-filled containers out of an excavation to an upper level in a manner that allowed them to maintain ladder balance. Employees were carrying 55 gallon trashcans up the ladder exposing them to fall hazards of approximately ten (10) feet. Observed on or about 08 DEC 2016.
