OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees from crushing and struck-by hazards:    (a) Facility, 337 Oakland Avenue, Johnstown, PA:  On or about December 14, 2016 an employee was positioned between the rear of the roll off tow truck and the front of the vehicle that had been offloaded.  The vehicle was offloaded on a sloped area and the wheels were not chocked or otherwise secured to prevent movement or travel.  The employee was pinned when the vehicle drifted forward and caught him against the rear of the tow bed.
