29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:      (a) On or about December 15, 2016 and at times prior to that date, for the employees exposed to crushing hazards from roller in-running nip points while operating the upper and lower chill stand in the web press department located at 4601 16th Avenue North, Fargo, North Dakota.    Note: This company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1137424, Citation 1, Item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on August 30, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 615 West Main Avenue, West Fargo, North Dakota.
