29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  On December 8th, 2016, at the BHJ USA, Inc facility on the processing line, employees were exposed to rotating parts or other serious injuries from the auger, in that the drill bit was not covered or guarded to prevent rotating parts or flying chips/sparks from contacting the operator.
