29 CFR 1910.95(b)(1): When employees were subjected to sound exceeding those listed in Table G-16, feasible engineering controls were not utilized:   a). American Fibertech Corporation -  On or about January 17, 2017, an employee working on builder line #2 was exposed to noise at 96.5dBA for 473 minutes while building pallets.  No feasible engineering controls were utilized.   b). American Fibertech Corporation -  On or about January 17, 2017, an employee working as a dismantler was exposed to noise at 102.3dBA for 473 minutes while dismantling pallets. No feasible engineering controls were utilized.   c). American Fibertech Corporation -  On or about January 17, 2017, an employee working on builder line #2 was exposed to 97.8dBA for 471 minutes while building pallets. No feasible engineering controls were utilized.   d). American Fibertech Corporation - On or about January 17, 2017, an employee working on CS #2 was exposed to 99.6dBA for 479 minutes while cutting wood for the pallets. No feasible engineering controls were utilized.   e). American Fibertech Corporation - On or about January 17, 2017, an employee working on the plating machine was exposed to 97.3dBA for 467 minutes while building pallets. No feasible engineering controls were utilized.   f). American Fibertech Corporation - On or about January 17, 2017,  an employee working on builder new line #2 was exposed to 100.0dBA for 475 minutes while building pallets. No feasible engineering controls were utilized.   g). American Fibertech Corporation - On or about January 17, 2017, an employee working on builder line #1 was exposed to 97.9dBA for 460 minutes while building pallets. No feasible engineering controls were utilized.   h).American Fibertech Corporation -  On or about January 17, 2017, an employee working on builder new line #2 was exposed to 95.3dBA for 467 minutes while building pallets. No feasible engineering controls were utilized.   i). American Fibertech Corporation -  On or about January 17, 2017, an employee working on bickels pallets was exposed to 97.6dBA for 407 minutes while building pallets. No feasible engineering controls were utilized.   j). American Fibertech Corporation -  On or about January 17, 2017, an employee working on builder line #1 was exposed to 97.2dBA for 446 minutes while building pallets. No feasible engineering controls were utilized.   k). American Fibertech Corporation -  On or about January 17, 2017, an employee working on builder line #1 was exposed to 95.0dBA for 450 minutes while building pallets. No feasible engineering controls were utilized.   l). American Fibertech Corporation -  On or about January 17, 2017, an employee working on builder line #1 was exposed to 99.9dBA for 458 minutes while building pallets.  No feasible engineering controls were utilized.   m). American Fibertech Corporation -  On or about January 17, 2017, an employee working in the trim saw area was exposed to 98.9dBA for 405 minutes while trimming wood slats. No feasible engineering controls were utilized.   Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

American Fibertech Corporation -  On or about January 17, 2017, an employee working on builder line #2 was exposed to noise at 96.5dBA for 473 minutes while building pallets. The standard is 85dBA for an 8-hour day.  b). American Fibertech Corporation -  On or about January 17, 2017, an employee working as a dismantler was exposed to noise at 102.3dBA for 473 minutes while dismantling pallets.
