29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles.   a) 29th Street Firehouse, Ocean City, NJ; On or about January 17, 2017, an employee of Champion Builders Inc., was using a gas powered cut off saw to cut concrete block.  The employee was not using eye or face protection to guard against flying particles.
