29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system:  JOB SITE: 403 N. Jackson, Salem, MO 65560, on or about 2/2/2017, workers were observed on top of the commercial building, approximately 11' 7" above ground level, actively engaged in roofing activities.  The workers were on the edge of the roof and were not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system.   The Williams America Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 978285, citation number 1, item number 1, issued on 6/5/2014, and was affirmed as a final order on 6/17/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 9800 Manchester Road, Saint Louis, MO 63119.
