29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws.  The following extension cords needed strain relief:  a. Jobsite - On or about February 9, 2016 an extension cord plugged into a temporary power supply inside the building did not have strain relief for the male plug.  b. Jobsite - On or about February 9, 2017 a DeWalt 7.4 inch circular saw was plugged into the female plug of an extension cord.  The female plug did not have strain relief.
