OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck-by and fall hazards:  a) On or about 02/08/2017 - Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) Truck Loading area, employees were utilizing an elevated platform ramp cage to access the top of a DEF truck during the Diesel Fluid loading process that was not maintained in safe operating condition in that the loading ramp spring was not properly installed during the repair maintenance process.
