OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to hazards while working in and around heavy equipment:    a) On or about February 14, 2017 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to fall hazards while standing in the raised bucket of a Case 580 backhoe. Employee used a come-along to "tie off" and had attached one end around his waist and then tied the other end to the bucket. The estimated work height of the bucket was 10 feet.   NOTE: Abatement certification is required for this item.
