29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): 29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v):  A body belt was not worn and lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:    a) On or about 02/18/2017 at the above addressed job site, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet while working from an aerial lift or basket without the required fall protection system.     Tri-Brothers Tree and Landscaping. Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard of its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v) which was contained in OSHA Inspection # 677778, Citation #01, Item #001 issued on 10/24/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 10120 South Federal Highway, Port Saint Lucie, FL 34952.
