Worksite located at 1901 Marvel Lane, Liberty, Missouri- Employees were observed working beneath elevated materials and other employees that could drop materials on the employees working who were not wearing any means of head protection.

Worksite located at 1901 Marvel Lane, Liberty, Missouri- Employees were performing work on a steep roof and were not protected from falling by the use of guardrails, safety nets, or personal fall arrest systems.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  (a). Worksite located at 1901 Marvel Lane, Liberty, Missouri- Employees had not been trained on the recognition of fall hazards and the methods necessary to protect employees. One employee was observed using a climbing belt instead of a full-body harness.
