29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(12): Unprotected sides and edges of stairway landings were not provided with guardrail systems that meet the criteria contained in Subpart M of 29 CFR 1926:    a) Second Floor Stairway - Employees were storing material near a stairway landing where the guardrail had been removed and exposing them to a fall hazard of up to 10 feet, 9 inches, on or about 02/23/2017.    In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
