29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:     Hilltop Associates, LLC/Edison, NJ site- Throughout the Apartment Complex: The employer did not develop and implement a written hazard communication program which included information and training on the hazards of the chemicals used on site on a daily basis. Chemical products used on site include but are not limited to:  a) High Performance Protective Enamel, K7738 Hunter Green by Rust-Oleum (which contains Stoddard Solvent, Mineral Spirits, and Distillates, etc.).   b) High Performance Protective Enamel, 7715 Aluminum by Rust-Oleum (which contains Stoddard Solvent, and Distillates, etc.).    c) Exterior Acrylic Latex Gloss, Deep Base, by Sherwin-Williams (which contains Titanium Dioxide).   d) Polyurethane Wood Floor Gloss Finish, 350 VOC by Lenmar (which contains Stoddard Solvent, and Distillates, etc.).
