29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Each circular hand-fed ripsaw was not guarded by a hood made of adequate strength to resist blows and strains incidental to reasonable operation, adjusting, and handling, and was not designed as to protect the operators from flying splinters and broken saw teeth.     a) On or about March 7, 2017 or prior thereto, the Casolin Type R table saw, S/N SE400N2891998 was found to have a hood guard that was being held together with duct tape.     NOTE: Abatement certification IS required for this item.
