29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1):  Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in accordance with paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (vii) of this section:        (a) On or about March 1st, 2017 employees were exposed to up to a 24 foot fall hazard while using a work platform of an all-terrain forklift to access the roof to install a roof vent without the benefit of fall protection in the vicinity of 3486 38th Avenue South in Fargo, North Dakota.

An employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:      (a) On or about March 1st, 2017 employees were exposed to up to a 24 foot fall hazard while installing a roof vent on a 4 x 12 pitch roof without the benefit of fall protection in the vicinity of 3486 38th Avenue South in Fargo, North Dakota.
