On or about 03/07/2017, hallways leading to the exit door were not maintained at least 28 inches wide. equipment, boxes of material were blocking the exit route.  b. In the basement warehouse, aisle ways leading to the exit doors were not kept clear of materials.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(11):   Safety data sheets were not made readily available, upon request, to designated representatives, the Assistant Secretary, and the Director, in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.1020(e)  On or about 03/07/2017, Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for chemicals such as acetone and lacquer used by the workers in the basement were not readily made available.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employers shall provide employees with effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment, and whenever a new chemical hazard the employees have not previously been trained about is introduced into their work area. Information and training may be designed to cover categories of hazards (e.g., flammability, carcinogenicity) or specific chemicals. Chemical-specific information must always be available through labels and safety data sheets.  In the basement warehouse, where workers use chemicals such as acetone and paint thinner during custom door assembly, training on the hazards of the chemicals was not conducted.
