29 CFR 1926.300(b)(4)(ii): The point of operation of machine(s) whose operation exposed an employee to injury was not guarded: Work area (parking lot) near the site entrance: On or about March 17, 2017, employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard while operating a DeWalt Chop Saw, Model #D28715, to cut square tubing for railing. The tool was being used without the peripheral guard installed, exposing the lower portion of the blade and the arbor nut.
