This violation was observed on or about April 18, 2017.    b) In the wall and panel assembly area, an employee working was exposed to continuous noise levels at 102.6% of the permissible daily noise exposure (8-hour time-weighted average sound level of 80 dBA) during the 452 minute sampling period on April 18, 2017; exposure calculations included a zero increment for the exposure was assumed for the 28 minutes not sampled. This violation was observed on or about April 18, 2017.    c) In the wall and panel assembly area, an employee working was exposed to continuous noise levels at 96.25% of the permissible daily noise exposure (8-hour time-weighted average sound level of 80 dBA) during the 450 minute sampling period on April 18, 2017; exposure calculations included a zero increment for the exposure was assumed for the 30 minutes not sampled. This violation was observed on or about April 18, 2017.
