29 CFR 1926.651(i)(1): Where the stability of adjoining buildings, walls, or other structures was endangered by excavation operations, support systems such as shoring, bracing or underpinning was not provided to ensure the stability of such structures for the protection of employees:    a) On or about April 6, 2017, the stability of a construction trailer, stairway, utility pole and other structures adjacent to a foundation excavation having a depth of approximately 12 feet along the northeast side of the project was endangered by excavation operations where support systems such as shoring, bracing or underpinning was not provided to ensure the stability of such structures for the protection of employees.  No abatement certification or documentation required for this violation.
