29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:    (a)  OUTBOUND OPERATIONS CENTER AREA - The employer utilized a series of extension cords and relocatable power taps to provide electricity to power the electronic equipment used in this area, which included but was not limited to 38 Symbol Technologies SAC4000-4000CR battery chargers, 24 Symbol Technology SAC9000-4000 battery chargers, 10 radio chargers, 2 laptop computers, 1 printer, and 1 Gemini ES-210MXBLU Pa system.  The equipment was plugged into a series of daisy chained extension cords and relocatable power taps and originated from a two receptacle 120 volt electrical outlet located near the employee time clock area.  The employer was unable to verify the electrical load being drawn through the electrical wiring, thereby exposing employees to electrical and fire hazards, on or about April 5th, 2017.    No abatement certification or documentation required.
