29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  On or about April 10, 2017, employees engaged in framing activities, working from a height greater than six (6) feet to a lower level, were not protected by any method of fall protection.  This exposed employees to fall hazards.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who was exposed to fall hazards that enabled each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards.  On or about April 10, 2017, the employer did not ensure employees engaged in framing activities, working at a height greater than six (6) feet above a lower level, were provided fall protection training.  This exposed the employees to the fall hazards.
