The working level was 12 1/2 feet above lower levels.

On 4/7/17 at the Greystone Ellijay, Georgia job site, 4/7/2017 an employee fell and was hospitalized and the employer representative contacted USDOL-OSHA on 4/11/2017 to report the event.
