29 CFR 1910.243(b)(2): Airhose and hose connections used for conducting compressed air to utilization equipment was not designed for the pressure and service to which they were subjected.  A) At the maintenance shop where two worm-driven hose clamps were used as a fitting devices to connect two 125 PSI air hoses together. As observed on or about 04/17/2017 the employees were exposed to the whipping action of the hose if the clamp were to come off.
