29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment and Protective Shields and Barriers were not provided, used and maintained in a sanitary and reliable condition where it was necessary in order to protect employees from rollover and crushed-by hazards created by the operation of a 4x4 utility vehicle. a) Rural wooded area, approximately three miles south of Kittanning, PA: On or about April 18, 2017, employees were operating and riding a Polaris Ranger 800 XP 4x4 UTV without using seat belts and side nets and with a passenger in a cargo bed.
