29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Gazebo at Powder Springs Park: On April 19, 2017 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to a fall hazard of 11 feet 6 inches by not providing a fall arrest system for the employee that was on the roof of the gazebo.
