29 CFR 1910.180(h)(3)(v): No hoisting, lowering, swinging, or traveling shall be done while anyone is on the load or hook. Location: Jobsite An employee was exposed to falls up to approximately 40 feet to the ground below while working hoisted by the line of the crane. Tree Technology & Landscape Company, Incorporated was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.180(h)(3)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 902443, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 5, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 116 Waverly Avenue, Newton, MA.
