29 CFR 1926.501(b)(3): Each employee in a hoist area was not protected from falling 6 feet (1.8m) or more to lower levels by guardrail systems or personal fall arrest systems: a) 275 Swamp Road, Newtown, Roof - on or about May 9, 2017, employees working within a hoisting area were receiving equipment and materials along the unprotected edge of a low slope roof, approximately 24 feet above grade, without utilizing any means of fall protection.
