29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:   a) Exterior, Upper Roof of house: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 23 feet while repairing the flashing on a residential house with a 6:12 pitch without the use of a fall arrest system or other means of fall protection, on or about 5/12/2017.
