29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii): For all scaffolds not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, each employee was not protected by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of paragraph (g)(4) of this section. 1) Jobsite: An employee was approximately 20 feet from the ground standing on a temporary platform that was raised by the forks of a Telescopic Handler thus exposing the employee to a fall hazard. Noted on or about 5/18/17.
