29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s):    a) Workplace, 130 Wilbur Place, Bohemia NY - Employees were exposed to amputation hazards while using a CMR 500 Printing Press that was partially guarded; on or about 5/23/17.      Note:  In addition to abatement certification the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.        Precision Charts Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 561598, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 2/13/13, with respect to a workplace located at 130 Wilbur Place, Bohemia, NY 11716.
