29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): All sprocket wheels and chains that were less than seven (7) feet above the floor or platform were not enclosed:     a) On or about May 17, 2017, employees were required to work near and around the billet cut-off saw's weight scale. The weight scale had an unguarded chain and sprocket. The employees were thereby exposed to the hazards associated with unguarded moving parts.
