29 CFR 1910.22(c): The employer did not provide, and ensure each employee used, a safe means of access and egress to and from walking-working surfaces:  Ricoh Logistics Corporation, Lawrenceville, GA- An employee was exposed to crushing injuries when operating a forklift in the main aisle of the warehouse and the aisles and passageways were obstructed.  The employee's forklift was obstructed with excessive product (paper rolls, etc.), an AGV, and another forklift. The employee was not able to safely move about when turns  were needed to be made, on or about 4/27/2017.    In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF ACTION WORKSHEET), and in addition, documentation demonstrating that abatement is complete must be included with your certification.  This documentation may include, but is not limited to, evidence of the purchase or repair of the equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement, or other written records.
