29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered.    1.) On or about June 1, 2017, employees were exposed to struck by hazards.  The employees were performing tree removal activities at a residential home located at 4271 Kenneth, Stow, Ohio 44224.  Employees were working on the ground under employees working in the tree without wearing protective helmets.      2.) On or about June 1, 2017, employees were exposed to struck by hazards.  The employees were performing tree removal activities at a residential home located at 4271 Kenneth, Stow, Ohio 44224.  Employees were using gas powered chain saws without wearing safety glasses.      3.) On or about June 1, 2017, employees were exposed to cut hazards.  The employees were performing tree removal activities at a residential home located at 4271 Kenneth, Stow, Ohio 44224.  Employees were using gas powered chain saws without wearing protective chaps.
