29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with pictures, symbols, or combination:         (a)  At the work site, packaging wash room; Employees who use and are exposed to hazardous materials such as, but not limited to, 70% alcohol were not provided with the identity of the hazardous chemical; on or about 6/5/17.         Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
