29 CFR 1910.133(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation:  On or around June 5, 2017 at the Milby High School worksite, located at 1601 Broadway Street in Houston, Texas, the employer did not ensure that its worker involved in draining the building's fire sprinkler system used eye or face protection to protect against possibly getting splashed by water (and chemicals) from the fire protection system and/or struck by pieces that could shatter from the pipe that was being positioned at the downspout of the system drain.
